The Masters and Wardens

The officers serve one year in each of the roles. The longest serving court assistant normally is elected as the new junior warden.

Every spring the Court selects one new assistant from the body of the livery. Names of liverymen who have contributed to the work of the company and who it is thought will bring useful skills to the Court are put forward and the Court to votes in a secret ballot.

Senior Warden for 2012 is Seton Bennett CBE and the Junior Warden is Professor Tony Wilson

Following the death of Senior Past Master Donald Coleman, SIr Ivor Cohen was installed as Senior Past Master at the Installation Court.
