Our new Honorary Almoner is Liveryman Sue John who has taken over after the retirement of Diane Howse.
As Honorary Almoner she is here to assist in any way that she can and hope to serve as long and as admirably as Diane. Please let Sue know if you, or another member you know, are in need of assistance.
Sue has been involved with WCSIM for around 12 or 15 years through her husband. She became a Liveryman in her own right in 2018 through her various roles in the Society for Underwater Technology. She is the first female to be elected into the position of Vice-President and Chair of Council of the Society. She continues to be Chair of the Society’s Education Support Fund. She is a strong supporter of women in science .
She is also a Trustee with the WCSIM Charitable Education Trust and an Apprentice Master.
